Dr. Brenda Lee Rucks-Ingram Bio
Dr. Brenda Lee Rucks-Ingram is a dedicated educational leader with 27 years of experience committed to ensuring that all scholars achieve success through equitable opportunities and high-quality instruction. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from LeMoyne-Owen College, a Master of Science in Education from Arkansas State University, and a Doctor of Education from Trevecca Nazarene University.
Throughout her career, Dr. Ingram has served in multiple leadership roles, including Lead Teacher, PLC Coach, and Assistant Principal, where she has focused on instructional excellence, data-driven decision-making, and building teacher capacity to improve student achievement. Her passion for education is rooted in her belief that every child can and will learn when provided the necessary support, encouragement, and opportunities to succeed.
Outside of education, Dr. Ingram enjoys spending quality time with her husband of 20 years, Stanley Ingram, as well as her children, grandchildren, and family. She values faith, family, and service, and remains deeply committed to positively impacting the lives of students, educators, and the communities she serves.
